How to Order

Ordering your Artia frame is quick and easy! Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Add to Cart and Check Out

Browse our collection and select your preferred frame size and design. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to “Checkout” when you're ready.

Step 2: Choose Your Payment Method

Select your preferred payment option (GCash or Maya) at checkout.

Step 3: Check Your Email

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. This includes your order summary and next steps if needed.

Step 4: Important – Send Proof of Payment

Reply directly to the confirmation email with a screenshot or photo of your payment. Please wait for a follow-up email from us to verify your payment before we begin processing your order.

For Personalized Orders

If you ordered a personalized item, please include your personalization details (e.g., name, photo, or message) in the same email where you send your proof of payment.
