How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your chosen frame to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash and Maya.

Do I need to send proof of payment?

Yes. Once you've placed an order, please reply to the confirmation email with a screenshot or photo of your proof of payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only if you request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we can no longer cancel it.

Can I personalize a frame? How do I send the details?

Yes, personalized frames are available. After ordering, please reply to your confirmation email with your personalization details along with the proof of payment.

Will I get a preview before printing personalized items?

Yes. We’ll send you a preview via email—please confirm once everything looks good so we can proceed with printing.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 3 days. Shipping takes 1 day within Metro Manila and may vary depending on your location outside Metro Manila.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the Philippines.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned due to a wrong address, unclaimed package, or delivery failure, the buyer will shoulder the re-delivery cost. We'll reach out to confirm your updated details.

Do the frames come with hanging materials?

Yes! All frames come with frame strips: 2 strips for Mini and Classic sizes, and 4 strips for Standard and Royal sizes.

Returns & Support

Can I return or exchange my order?

All frames are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
